Éva
Indoor homefamer, 2010
Restaurants dispose of a huge amount of organic waste. Eva is a green alternative to the traditional compost heap. One part of the waste is recycled to grow food and the other part produces methane turned into energy thanks to a co-generator. The energy obtained, produces light to stimulate the growth of the plants. The water is naturally filtered as it enters the container. Eva is a kind of self contained biosphere homefarm system that not only allows to cultivate vegetables but also produces fresh air and light. Eva is evidence of the restaurants’ green and healthy food process.
Eva has been designed to be easily and quickly assembled and maintained.
